About:China Visa on Arrival

Visa with mistake

I applied and obtained a China entry permit for wife (passport shows maiden name in full). Upon receiving the paperwork back and left the consulate, I found the gender section mistakenly marked the wife as MALE. I found my paperwork are all in order and correct. What do I do? Our trip starts end of the month, do we go ahead with the trip? Eric

Hi, Eric. You had better go back to the consulate and the officer to reissue you an entry permit. Oherwise, you may be rejected for entering at the port upon arrival.
