Hello my name is ankur I have query regarding work licence which is important to get working visa

I have 2.1 years experience. I graduated later in 19 November 2013, but I started to work earlier full time as an intern in 10 January 2013. So will the Chinese government approve my this working experience as I joined the job Earlier. I have signed certificate from my previous employer. Or do I have to wait till November so that my 2 years of gap gets fulfilled and if I have to wait till November then there is a issue, I was in China for 2 months (April, may) If they doesn't count my experience from the internship date. .then will do I have to wait more then November because according to that their will be some time gap between my experience certificate right now I have left my old job and joined a new job in JUNE. ..

THANK YOU

Ankur, I think your internship counts as work experience. But as you know, some officers do not think so because there aren't specific regulations for how to define work experience. In my opinion, you can try to apply for the work permit now. If you are rejected due to work experience issue, you need to wait until november.
