About:How to Apply for a China Visa

Hello I have Been working almost 9 years here in Shanghai but my work have Been closed

IM Grace I have Been working almost 9 years here in shanghai suddenly my work have Been closed they even told US so I have almost 3 months overstayed in Shanghai I want to come back to my country Phil How can I come back and How much Will I payed my fine

Mary, you have to surrender at the local police station and pay the fines. After that, the officer will issue you an exit pass, so that you can leave China. Did you work after your residence permit was cancelled? If yes, I'm afraid you may need to pay CNY 20,000 for your overstaying.
