physical examination report

I all ready have new physical examination in harbin china and want to change residence to Tianjin do I need new one

Based on my experience, you don't need a new meidical report. Before you move to Tianjin, you need to get a transfer certificate from the Harbin exit and entry administration. When you arrive in Tianjin, you should renew your residence permit at the exit and entry administration.
