Will it work out if we get marry?

Hi, my sign is Rooster, born on 05-19-1981 and my girlfriend is born on 04-23-1982. I wanted to know will it work out for us if we get marry? Also, I'm having tough time in finding a right career path. Will I be any successful any time soon or the near future?
