About:China Private Visit Visa

Come to China for cure my leg sickness they gave me 4 months visa s2 categry.

doctor said I still need 4 months at least.can I extend it?

Accer, you can try to ask for an extention from local entry and exit management bureau at least 7 days before your current S2 expires. Of course, you need a letter from the hospital, in which it states clearly that you need to stay long for treatment.

Thanks soon much.i have one more question please,during I register on the hotel the man who finish registration do long black line by pen on my visa .he said I am so sorry for my mistake .is that problem when I extend my visa?do I need him to write a paper to say that he did it by mistake with hotel stamp?

If I want to study here can I apply for x type? if not can I go to hongkong to do it? or must go back to my country to apply?

You can try to change your S2 to an X type here at the exit and entry adminsitration. If it can't be done, I advise you to contact with agencies in HK and see if they can get an X type for you. If not, you must go back to apply.
