Holding Iraqi Passport and traveling from Taiwan to France with a valid French Visa and valid flight ticket. The flight includes few hours transit time in china.

F, if your transit is less than 24 hours, you shouldn't be required to apply for a transit type. You are qualified for 24 hours free transit. You just need to bring your passport, onward air ticket to France and valid French entry permit.
