Rafi, HK SAR just has the office in Beijing. I am afraid that you can't apply by post from there. You need to come and apply. If you are in Pakistan, then you should apply from the HK Immigration Department by post. However, it takes 4 to 6 weeks to deal with your application. o I am afraid that you don't have enough time to get it.

Beijing office: No.71, Di'anmen Xidajie, Xicheng District, Beijing, China
Postal Code: 100009

Rafi, even though you apply from the consulate in your country, you may need to wait for four to six months if the the application is transferred to the HK Immigration Department by the consulate. If the consulate itself deals with the application, the process takes four working days only.

You need to submit a filled application, a financial standing proof, round-trip tickets and hotel reservations, and travel itinerary.
