About:Beijing Transportation Smart Card

Can relative who stay in Beijing apply the smart card on behalf for me?

Do you need photo for this application? And do you need original passport for this application?

No, ID Card, Passport or photo is not required for applying the Transportation Smart Card.
Your relative can just bring some money to buy it for you. Don't worry.
