Zhengzhou to Xinzheng and Martial Arts Festival

I have 2 questions:

1. How does one get from ZZ to Yellow Emperor's Birthplace /Hometown in Xinzheng and how long does it take to get there?
2. When will the ZZ International Shaolin Martial Arts Festival take place this year (2015)?

1. You can take a bus from ZZ Railway Station square to Xinzheng, then walk about 900 yards to get there. The bus departs about every 10 minutes and duration is about 70-80 minutes.
2. It usually begins on October 20th and lasts for a few days. But the exact date of this year is not published yet.
