Can I get a taxi/car rental from Beijing West Train Station to take me to International Airport?

I arrive in eijing West Rail station at 7am on the 26.08.15 and need to get to the Capital International Airport for 9am for a flight that leaves at 10.55am. Is it possible for a car with driver to come and pick me up?

Yes, you can easily find a taxi at that time that can take you to the airport. Don't worry.
The fare is CNY 130 to 140 in the day time. And it usually takes 1 to 1.5 hours on the way.
But there may be a long queue waiting for taxis.
