can i get a taxi/car rental from beijing west train station to take me to international

I arrive in eijing West Rail station at 7am on the 26.08.15 and need to get to the Capital International Airport for 9am for a flight that leaves at 10.55am.  Is it possible for a car with driver to come and pick me up?
