About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Would 72 hour transit free visa apply?

Canada to Taipei (land August 22, 5am), Taipei to Beijing (land August 22, 10pm), Beijing to Seoul (land 25, 11am)? Taipei is not a layover (we will enter and exit the country same day).
