what should i do to get the tourist visa?

I want to  visit my  wife in  Chang  chun  for 2 weeks. I'm  currently  working  under  Ramkhamhaeng management  And  october  is  our  semestral  break  Any  comments  pls . . Thanks

Well, you should first ask your wife to write you an invitation letter. Then prepare the necessary documents, including your passport, passport copy, and a completed filled application form attached with your recent full face photo. Next, take all the documents along with the invitation letter to the consular office and apply for an L type.
