Guilin for disable person

I am planning to take my parents to guilin. My father is 71 years of age & he can not walk.
He normally can take wheelchair. Can anyone suggest whether it will be convenient for us to travel to Guilin in such case? We will be travelling in Oct. Whats your experience?

Your reply will be highly appriciated
Thank you

It is fine for you to take wheelchair to visit Guilin and Yangshuo. But it is not convenient if you travel to some remote areas like Longsheng.
