Did the Han dynasty fall due to its economy? If not, then how?

Economy is just one factor. The successive emperors were incapable and weak. So the eunuchs and concubines even took the power to control the country. The mangement was in chaos. Meanwhile, civilians were taxed very heavily. Finally, they rebelled against the royal court and overthrew their ruling.
