do i need to buy a ticket in advance for beijing airport express train?

I have a flight in two days at 16.35 from T2, will I be okay to buy my ticket for the AE train on the day? How often are the trains leaving from Dongzhimen? Do they have specific times, if so which one should I get? Thank you.
