There is no luggage delivery service provided by the metro. Well, upon arrival, you can ask the airport staff to find a dilivery company which can help with your luggage.
If you just have one or two pieces of luggage, you can handle it on your own by subway. You do not need to transfer between lines, and there are escalators available in the subway stations, so there is no big problem for you.
If you really feel troublesome, it is a good idea for you to ask your hotel to arrange a car or minivan for you.0
