Yes, you can visit the Yuexiu Park.
You can take the subway line 3 from Airport South Station to Jiahe Wanggang Station, where you can transfer to line 2 to Yuexiu Park. Take the Exit B1, you will reach the park within 350 yards walking. The travel time is about 40 mins, and the fare is CNY7 per person.
The park is a top attraction in that city, you and your children can have sightseeing inside. Just remember to return to the airport about 2 – 2.5 hours before the flight’s departure time.
