Can children study while parent are on X1 type?

If I Apply for a X1 type to study in China, can my minor children accompany me and study as well? What type of visa do they need to apply for?

Yes, they can also study in China. The X1 type is most suitable for their cases.

How can I get a letter of admision from a school and a JW202 for them if I do not know which school will be they studying yet?

You have to contact a school which is willing to admit them and then get the admission letter as well as the JW 202 form through the school.

They can study either in a private school or public school. It doesn't matter.
