About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Direct Transit Cost, stay in Guanghzou for 5 hours

I have lebanese passport and UAE residence, while coming back to Abu Dhabi from Malaysia, wish to stay in Guanghzou for 4 hrs during transit.
Does the 24hr Direct Transit Visa costs anything or is free?
