appointment delay

Thank you Stephanie for that reply...felt a little relief but on my admission letter I was told to be there before on the 21st of Aug if not I'll be responsible for any outcome and its emerging 4 weeks since I applied for an appointment and still I've not gotten any notification can I get someone number from the embassy to call or send message or email? Please
