I am 28 yrs old Aquarius I have boyfriend form Australia I just want know if he is my soulmate

I am aquarius girl my birthday is 02-14-1986. my bf from Australia. he's birthday is 07-26-1987.

I just want to know if he's serious to me. we have plan to have a baby and married. it's possible to married with him and to having a baby with him?
