Can Foreigners Also Obtain A Pass to Be An Extra Actor at Heng Dian?

I am interested to visit Heng Dian to be an actor for a few weeks. I have read through the procedures and I would like to check if foreigners are also eligible to apply for the actors pass at the actors association?

Yes, you can. You are eligible to apply for the actor pass at the actors association, but you need to obtain it through your own efforts. Just go for it.
