What is the best way to go from Changsha airport to Milky Way hotel?

Upon landing, you can take airport shuttle bus to get to Civil Aviation Hotel first.
It takes around 40 mins on the way. And the fare is CNY 16.5 per person.
Then walk southwest around 140 yards to find the hotel.
