About:Marriage Registration in China

I am a Vietnam, China to study abroad, can I take my son with me?

I was in Vietnam, I am currently studying in China. I am currently in Vietnam to have children, then I will go to China to study. But I want to bring my children along to it with me. So I can take my children and do the same to not to do?

Yes, you can take your son with you by applying an S type for him. His birth certificate and a consent letter of his father are needed when applying for the S type.
