It is pretty easy to travel between by high speed train, which takes you from JN West to Qufu East. You can arrive in 40min and the fare is 59.5RMB for a second class seat and CNY99.5 for a first class seat. I don't know a guide there, but if you have booked a hotel there, try to ask your hotel to find a good tour guide for you.
