Transportation from Cing Jing to flying Cow Ranch

I would like to know what transporation options to travel from Cing Jing to Flying Cow Ranch for a pax of 5.

Well, you are suggested to hire a car.
As I know, the price is 2,500 to 3,000 NT$.
