Oh, you don't need a visa within 15 days' stay with your valid passport. If more than 15 days, you have to hold a China visa.

Well, if you are taking a tour group of more than 5 people organized by a local travel agency in Hainan, you can enjoy the city without a visa for 15/21 days!
