Where can we store luggage from MFC if we plan to tour during day and transfer to HK at night?

My suggestion is to take bus line AP1 to Maritime Ferry Terminal and store your lugage there. Then go for your visiting, starting from the Fisherman Wharf. After that, go back to the ferry terminal to retrieve your luggage and take a ferry to HK. By the way, the ferries are available for 24h, so you can actually stay in Macao a little longer.
