About:China Customs Declaration

red seal on the luggage

Hello, I dind´t get my luggage directly in the Airport in China. After two days the "lost and found Service" brought it to the Hotel. And there is a read seal on it. The red seal has a number, but there is no Information from the Airport, Airline, customs or something else. Can I open the seal and luggage?

one Addition: I havn´t locked the luggage with a lock. Maybe the "lost and found" Service locked the luggage to make it safe for the ground Transportation to the Hotel.

All you need to do is to open your luggage and check if all things are still there. If you lost something, you might contact your airline company and ask for compensation.
