self heating food packs

Hi I am taking the trans Siberian train from Beijing and would like to know if there is a supermarket/shop in the city center that I could buy a packaged meal that will self heat in the pack? also is Nestle condensed milk in a tube available there?

There are a lot of Walmart and Carrefour supermarkets in the city, you can go these to find these stuff.
