self heating food packs

Question

Hi I am taking the trans Siberian train from Beijing and would like to know if there is a supermarket/shop in the city center that I could buy a packaged meal that will self heat in the pack?  also is Nestle condensed milk in a tube available there?Many thanks, this is a great service. Catherine
