You can take bus no. A43 at Airport (GTC) Bus Terminus, get off at Sheung Shui Railway Station. Then take East Rail Line to get to Lo Wu Station, Exit A2 directly.
It spends around 70 mins on the way with the ticket fare of 54.3 HKD per person.1
