You need to take a bus or train to Nantou first, then take another bus to the park.
You have three modes:
1. Bus+Bus, the travel time is about 5 hours in total.
2. Normal Speed train + Bus, the travel time is about 3.5 hours.
3. High speed train + bus, the travel time is about 2.5 hours.2
