About:China Work Visa

Visa With Z type

I am from Bangladesh. I would like to go china by work Z type but i can't speak in chinese language so when i will face at china Embassy in bangladesh then may be i will reject from them. So can i go china without learning china language....? Please late me clear because i really want to go china for job purposes......

It will be wonderful if you can speak some Chinese, but it's OK if you can't speak any. The language skill is not a must.
