Prepaid 3G/4G SIM Card with data plan

Hi, is there anyone could give me a recommendation for prepaid 4G or 3G prepaid SIM card with data plan (at least 1GB data) for 3 days in Shenzhen?

You can go to any branch offices of China Mobile or Unicom, their staff will introduce you the best data plan for you.
China Mobile:
Located at No. 122-5 of Taoyuan Road.
Located at No. 1 of Keji Road.
Located at No. 4068-1 of Yitian Road.
Located at No. 8-8 of Chuangye Road.
Located at No. 146 of Zhuguang Road.
Unicom:
Located at No. 2003 of Jiefang Road.
Located at No. 5002 of South Shendong Road.
