documents to be submitted and by when i should submit. what are the working days and hrs of embassy?

If it's business training, you need to submit your passport, a photocopy of the passport, an application form, a recent color bare-headed phoro, original Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit, an invitation letter issued by a trade partner in China, Local company covering letter, less than three pages of the copy of local company bank statement, and copy of the company's Business Registration Certificate.

Business hours of the consular office:
9:30 to 11:30am. from Mon. to Fri.
3:00 to 4:45pm. from Mon. to Thur. (only for passport collection)
You should submit the application during the working hours in the morning.
