About:Chinese Embassy in Cyprus

Do I need to come in person for visa application?

or can I send someone to deliver the required form and documents? I have a Romanian passport, Living in Cyprus.

Lia, if you can't submit your application on your own, you can assign your friends, families or colleagues to submit and collect on your behalf.
