About:Adopt Chinese Children

I am an Indian living in USA . Can I adopt child from China?

Hello,
I am an Indian . Me and my wife are working in a software company in Boston USA. We both have been married for more than three year now. We are interested in adopting child from China. Are we eligible to adopt baby?

In order to adopt a kid, you should meet the following requirements:

1. older than 30 but younger than 50.
2. BMI Index should be lower than 40. And you souldn't have any medical record that you take depression medicine.
3. married. If you married for the first time, then you can adopt a kid after two years. For those who get married for the second or third time, they have been married for five years. Both husband and wife shouldn't divorce more than 2 times.
4. your family property should be more than 80000 USD. Family income should be more than 10000 USD.
