About:China Transit Visa

Do i need transit visa? I am from india, working in California, USA.

My entry permit stamping on passport got expired, going to get it stamped again (having all necessary documents) when i will go back to india.

I found some flights having flight change in Beijing with 2 hours layover, Will it be a problem during Transit that my entry permit stamping got expired.

Hanit, you needn't apply one for your transit in Beijing because you enjoy 24 hours free transit, according to related regualtion.
