About:Telephone & Cellphone in China

I can't connect to a chinese cellphone from Canada... any ideas? I have verified the number 4 times.

Dan, did you dial the number correctly? Except adding +86 in front of the phone number, you should also confirm with your telecome operator whether you need to dial any number to activate international calls.

According to what I know, you should add 011 before dialing 86.
