No, there is no free shuttle bus from Kowloon station to the hotel. You are suggested to take a taxi to reach.
Or from the airport, you can take the bus No. A21 to the Sino Center, Nathan Road. Then you can reach the hotel within few mins walking. The fare is HKD33 and the travel time is about 55 mins.
