Which is the best telecom company in China, best services/connectivity and economical SIM card in China for Indian Tourists ? And how to get the same?

I am afraid that you might be disappointed. There isn't such a perfect sim card. China Mobile has the best signal. However, its 3G and 4G service isn't compatible with international 4G modes. Its data packages are very expensive. If you plan to use your phone to access the internet, then I think you should use China Unicom. The signal may not be as good as China Mobile. At least, it's international 3G service.
