About:Dual Nationality

My mom and dad are chinese but I am from u.s. So can I stay in china?

Iven, of course you can stay. If you were born in USA, then you should be a US citizen. The problem is what document you should apply. I do not know if your parents acquire US green cards. If they acquired green cards before you were born, then you should apply US passport and Chinese visa to stay. If they got their green cards after you were born, then you should apply Travel Permit of PRC from Chinese embassy/consulate.
