About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Can I mail in the Visa application, along with passport and other supporting documentation?

I live in Nebraska.

No, you can't apply by mails. If it's inconvenient for you to go there in person, you can hire an agency or ask someone else to submit the application for you.
