Hi can anyone guide me how to make Bank Draft or Cashier Order for Hongkong visit visa in dubai?

I have applied for hongkong visitor type and it has been approved by hongkong immigration and now they have asked me to send them fee 190 hk$ in a form of bank draft and cashier order so they will issue and send me the entry permit.
