About:Hong Kong Airport Express

Round trip ticket of Hong Kong Airport Express

I had taken the train to the airport but didn't take the train back to town when I returned to HK. Can I use that ticket to go to the airport? If not, can I make a refund?

Do you refer to the Airport Express Travel Pass? If so, the return ride can be taken within 180 days since its issue. Beyond that duration, the card is invalid, and the refund cannot be paid back.
