Direct tourist buses are easily accessible at the North Station and it takes you to Tunxin in around half an hour. The bus fare is CNY2.

Well, do you refer to bus High Speed Railway Special Line? This bus connects between Tunxi District Cultural Center and Huangshan North Railway Station. But it doesn't via Shoukang Hospital. Huangshan Traditional Chinese medical hospital is one of its stops.
