You must take a ferry, right?
If you arrive in HK-Macao ferry terminal, you can walk to Man Wa Lane, Des Voeux Road Central to take the bus No. 905 to Mong Kok Road.
If you arrive at China Ferry Terminal, you can take the bus 3C to Nelson Street Mong Kok. Then you can reach your further destination within few mins walking.1
