Walking from Jardine House Cannaught Road Central To Mini Hotel Centra Hotell Ice House Street

Is it difficult to walk from Jardine House or Hong Kong Station to Mini Central Hotel with a suitecase in tow? Will there be any uphill slope or steps to climb?

From Jardine House, it is about 550 yards walking distance, I think you can make it with a suitcase.
If from HK Station, I suggest you take the Exit C, it is also 550 yards walking distance.
As I know, there is no slope or steps to climb. It will be easy for you.
