Which bus should I take to Reach Jardine House, 1 Connaught Place, HK from Central Metro Station?

From which exit should I go out and what bus No. will take me to Jardine House and what is the name of the bus stop?

Actually, it is not far between, you can easily walk from Central MTR Station to Jardine House within 10min. No need to take a bu at all.
